    I recently scheduled an appointment through the Firestone online appointment system, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I was excited to have my tire service completed at the designated time, but upon arriving at the store, I was shocked to find out that they were completely booked and couldn’t accommodate me. They told me the next available appointment would be a whole week later! Even though the online booking system showing available time all week long. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had taken the time to book my appointment in advance and was relying on their system to ensure timely service. It felt unprofessional and disorganized, especially considering I had already planned my day around this appointment. When I asked the staff for clarification The staff stated the online appointment system does not work. There local system does not sync with Headquarters system. If the scheduling system is not properly synced with the actual availability, it creates a huge inconvenience for customers. I asked the local staff for the telephone number of their headquarters, and they told me they didn't have it. They suggested I look it up online. Can you believe that the local shop doesn't have a phone number for corporate headquarters? It seems dishonest, and if they are willing to lie about something so minor, they may not be truthful about the issues with your car either. To make matters worse, I tried reaching out to customer service for assistance, but the wait times were long, and the representatives didn’t seem well-equipped to resolve the online scheduling issues. It’s frustrating to deal with a system that should make things convenient but instead leads to confusion and wasted time. It's essential for businesses to have reliable systems, especially when customers are relying on them for timely service. For now, I’d recommend considering other options if you value a smooth online scheduling experience.

    I visited this store looking for tires few weeks back, unfortunately the size that I needed was located in a different store location. The service manager *Mardy Martin took his time to locate the store that could help me the same day . Thanks to him I was able to continue with my schedule trip back to Florida...

    I had one of the WORST customer service experiences ever at this auto shop. I dropped off my vehicle because the check engine light was on and informed a representative of this issue. They later contacted me with a list of repairs that needed to be done. However, when I went to pick up my car, both the check engine light and maintenance light were still on. The store manager George was passive-aggressive and showed little interest in addressing the issue or the lack of communication within their team. Despite paying nearly $600, my car is still not fixed. The check engine light remains on. The negative reviews about this place are accurate—you will be charged for services you don’t need, and the job still won’t be done right. Avoid this shop at all costs. I have emailed socialcare@bfrc.com as a representative commented on 12/14/24 about this post and no one from the company has contacted me back via email as of yet. I want a refund because my issue with my vehicle was not fixed.

    I arrived at 11:07 AM for my 11:00 AM appointment. Upon check-in, I inquired about the duration of the requested services and was informed that it would take the entire day. I expressed my concern as I had made an appointment specifically to avoid such a lengthy wait. I was then advised that my spot had been given away and that the job would now take approximately two hours. (A full tire replacement) I agreed to wait for my vehicle. However, after three hours had passed, the service had yet to commence. My vehicle was finally completed at approximately 3:35 PM. While driving home, my tire pressure monitoring system alerted me to incorrect tire pressure. I contacted the service center to inquire if the system had been reset, and I was informed that it is an automatic process for my vehicle type. However, this information was incorrect. I was forced to visit another tire shop to have the air pressure adjusted to the correct specifications, incurring additional costs. Furthermore, I discovered that Firestone had failed to replace all of my wheel locks, necessitating a return trip to the location to retrieve them. Overall, this experience was highly unsatisfactory and resulted in a significant waste of my time and resources. The service team displayed a lack of professionalism and friendliness, which further contributed to my negative experience. Update: two days later the passenger side front tire was flat due to the tire being inroperly installed. Another cost to me.

    They did a great job servicing my vehicle. Of note, I really appreciated how they explained the work to be done and how best to prioritize several issues from a safety perspective.
