He put in a lot of effort staging and photographing them and communicated well throughout. Net result was we got them rented quickly at rental rates we were very happy with. The Bershire Hathaway office facilities are modern and offer a convenient location. Great central place to meet to discuss or close a deal. Gary Matin is absolutely wonderful to work with. I’ve done several deals with him on they buy and sell side. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He has an upstanding reputation amongst the Montclair realtors and this is beneficial when trying to close a deal. Not only does he really care about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood he lives in, he is a wealth of knowledge about the “South Side” which is often under represented when considering Montclair. Gary is the man who will do what it takes to “get you across the finish line” on either the buy or sell side.

Terrible experience working with this team and recommend you stay away from this firm! Their agent, Gerald Denicola, gave us no idea of when last and final bid was due so we weren't even able to bid on a house we really liked. I would avoid working with this team at all costs. Oh and just to show how bad this team actually is, Jerry Denicola wrote a review for them - the guy works there! Pathetic!

I have had the opportunity to speak with the manager, Jane Konzelmann, and work with several agents from the BHHSNJ Montclair office on numerous occasions both as a Seller and as a Buyer. My son has also worked as a Seller and Buyer with the same office. I have found working with this office to be a very positive experience and would highly recommend the office and any of the knowledgeable sales associates for your real estate needs.

My spouse and I worked with the Clark team and were extremely happy with our experience. The father son dynamic really adds a heartwarming element to searching for a forever home. Most occasions they came together but someone was always available when we wanted to go look for houses. I can’t recommend them enough!!
