I was at the Playa Bowl in Montclair, it was three young men working that night and they were polite, courteous and their customer service was great! I was pleased to tip them. And when I got home and ate my Mucho Mango, bowl I was very pleased!

Was waiting for our drinks for so long that we had to ask if everything was alright, and it turns out they had taken our order but not communicated with each other to actually start making it. It wasn't busy when we came in either, it was just us and another group, but the employees seemed focused on changing the music and talking to each other. The smoothies were fine, they're smoothies.

I have a serious gluten allergy and I'm always very cautious in going anywhere because people don't typically take it seriously enough and I can get very ill. What a breath of fresh air and an amazing experience I just had purchasing from this incredible location because Laichelle, picture there, is exceptional. She not only changed her gloves constantly, but went into the new untouched add-ons, had a new cutting board and everything so careful not to contaminate my food with anything that might have gluten. I have never seen anyone go out of her way so much to ensure that a customer is safe and able to enjoy this delicious product without worry of becoming ill. She absolutely deserves a big raise, a promotion, and grateful thanks for caring that much about a customer. What an amazing young woman she is and I will definitely come back to this particular location again and again just for her.

The place isn't in a good location, there's no parking. I just got a ticket for not having anywhere to park. The nightclub staff are very rude and don't even give you a timeout. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

For starters waited 10 minutes just to take my order … and that was after I asked is this where I can order? Blatantly at the cash register that says ORDER HERE 🤣 … nobody wanted to look my way because they didn’t want to take anymore orders clearly… furthermore there was 1,000 uber eats drivers waiting on orders well over 20 plus minutes … it’s good that business is booming but what about the customers that physically come into the store to place an order ???? Is that not a thing anymore? I had a line behind me and at some point the lady said to the woman behind me she didn’t think she was going to be able to service her and her two kids… because of the uber eats orders? That’s insane … after waiting 30 minutes for my bowl .. the açaí was watery and tasteless … the fruit was still frozen .. and I barely tasted my Nutella ☹️( the best part) … very disappointed in my overall experience… do better 👎🏾
