Please, please stop forcing your tellers to push credit cards on each customer who walks through the doors. Imagine having other things to do, and then spending 25 minutes listening to a customer receive an at-the-bank education about what a credit card is, while a long line of frustrated customers gathers behind. Excruciating. Look , I understand that credit cards are incredibly profitable business lines, and you're probably dealing with a mandate from above, how about the tellers refer interested customers to one of the 4 CS reps staring idly at their screens? There simply has to be a better way. Two stars rather than one because the tellers are incredibly kind, even towards visibly frustrated customers like myself.

Always excellent customer service. I'm taken care of in a timely manner. Kind people who always help efficiently. Always a positive experience coming here and I always leave relieved with a smile. I know that I can trust that I'm in good hands here.
Let me start off by saying Susan, Denny, and Johnny are beyond amazing! They are all so helpful and knowledgeable. Denny helped my mom obtain a HELOC. She was so patient and polite while assisting us. Susan and Johnny are always so helpful when I have questions regarding my business account and line of credit. We always feel so comfortable when we come here. This branch is very inviting and makes me feel at ease when conducting business.
I’m not sure what it is about this TD Bank branch but they appear to be the choice bank for customers who require complicated or just time consuming transactions. This bank consistently has a line inside no matter when you come. I arrived on a Tuesday at 8:29 am before they opened and a small line had already formed. Once they opened, there were 3 associates working. Initially all three were behind the desk but one disappeared (presumably to do the drive thru) one woman seemed to be doing other things as she was going here and there and then there was one person behind the front desk. I was the third person in line. It took 18 minutes to finish with the first guest. 5 minutes for the second guest. I walked out at 8:51. It took me 21 minutes to get a roll of quarters. Do what you will with this information and good luck.
