She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes she sells, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Maggie made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us contacts with inspection, sewer, contractors, and a lot more. When Maggie found our home, we were blown away. It took a few times, but Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes paid off - It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Maggie to everyone I know. She’s a true professional and a genuinely wonderful woman. Maggie was the best realtor with whom I’ve partnered, and I’ve moved several times. From the moment I met her, she instilled confidence that she had a plan and there was no question she’d be successful. She was highly energetic, responsive, and knowledgeable. She connected me with low-cost, high-quality professionals for prep work, informed me of town and state requirements, and literally jumped in to help with painting and cleaning. She always had a positive attitude, and she brought in a large number of potential buyers right away. The house had multiple offers over asking on the first weekend. Maggie always made me feel like I was her number one priority, and there was never any question that I (not the buyer) was her client. I felt I was in good hands and, frankly, with all that was going on in my life, I couldn’t do it without her. Best of all, she maintained a sense of humor, even when there was an occasional minor setback. Maggie is a gem.

She helped us find various people from her contact lists (such as lawyer, home inspector, sewer inspector) during the under contract process. Maggie was not only professional, but personable and down to earth at the same time. It was hard to sell my Mom’s home, and Maggie had a way of softening the emotional stress of selling a home full of beautiful and loving memories. She sat with us, and showed us all of the homes that were on the market similar to ours, and gave us good advice on how we should proceed with the sale. (Including staging) All of our texts, and emails were answered immediately, which is quite an accomplishment these days!! Maggie is a realtor that goes above and beyond for her clients, and I would definitely recommend her service to anyone!
