My husband suggested eating here for lunch since they make the sandwiches for the fire depart. union hall. It was delicious! The chicken on my sandwich was sliced so thin and the German potato salad was the best I've ever had. Great place- will be returning.

Meh. Picked up a liverwurst sandwich and a macaroni salad. Sandwich meat tasted like it was on the turn. Macaroni salad ok but again, maybe on the turn since it was a Friday. Staff slow and not very friendly. The one girl comes across as if serving you is an inconvenience. Not my first visit but staff experience was about the same. Sad that people can’t smile anymore.

I've been coming here for years and loving it. Went today at 3pm and left before ordering after a twenty minute wait. Two surly employees behind the counter were loudly complaining every time another customer entered. Clearly dragging their feet with zero regard for the line of ten potential customers waiting. Will be returning but NOT on a Sunday.

Pete the owner is amazing and they whole staff is awesome. The food was great. For 4 ladies from the country they helped make the girls trip the best. Would come back to just visit them anytime.

Went here on 11/13 and was served a sandwich with the most rotten avocado I’ve ever seen. Completely brown and rotten, ended up having to throw the sandwich in the trash. Very disappointed.
