Andrew was incredibly helpful throughout the process of ordering and setting up my family's phones. He made a process that can sometimes be stressful so easy. We had an additional question and he called us after we left to make sure we had the information we needed. I cannot recommend this store and Andrew enough. Thank you!

Unfortunately, Hussein and Andrew are incompetant. Bought a new phone from them yesterday. I left the store and my phone stopped working and when I went back they told me I had to go to the corp office in Clifton. Went to Clifton and they said it was an easy fix with the sim card and Hussein and Andrew should have been able to handle it. Corp office also said, "just come to us for anything".

This Verizon store is the absolute best!!!!! Everyone who works there is knowledgeable, kind, and patient, Joe especially. 10/10 recommend this store and encourage everyone to go who needs it!

Took probably at least 4 min to get greeted.
1 person working already assisting a customer
Needed help activating a device. Needed a SIM card non in stock apparently.
New line I’m sure they will be a different story.
